Kjetil Aamann is a Norwegian choral conductor, cultural organiser and active contributor to Nordic choral cooperation projects. He has extensive experience in choir management, festival networking and international cultural collaboration. For many years he has been involved in the Norwegian choral community, supporting connections between choirs, conductors and cultural institutions across the Nordic region. He is actively engaged in developing international choir exchanges and promoting Nordic choral traditions through festivals, workshops and artistic partnerships. Within the Nordic–Baltic Choral Festival Kaunas 2027, Kjetil Aamann represents Norway in the International Working Group and contributes to the development of representative choir participation and international cooperation.
